So far I am happy with this toilet. It flushes very well using little water. So far never have to flush twice. Installation was very easy but Ive replaced many toilets before. If you want to save some money you should consider the two piece Toto EcoDrake toilet. I got that one too and am also very happy with it. I was worried a little bit about delivery based on some other reviews but took a chance. It came perfect but the packaging was pretty minimal and I could see how the item could be easily damaged. You should check the box to see if theres any side of damage before you open the box. I started opening the box before I signed the paper and the driver said "its your now". Lousy packaging results in multiple breakages    My toilet arrived in the original factory packaging (no reinforcement or extra packaging provided by amazon). Bottom was smashed to pieces. These take 10 -14 days to arrive now I have to wait for another one and hope it isnt smashed. If you read the low star reviews of this item you will see breakage is common. Amazon needs to put the toilet in its original box inside another padded box to avoid breakage. Now my toilet is a $384 piece of land-fill. Better Than Most    We have replaced all three toilets in our house with Toto one piece Ultra Max units. They are very quiet the tank refills very quickly and quietly and they clear the bowl very efficiently. I guess the only negative is that they dont clean the bowl very well. I think this is because of the way the flushing action works. The water and matter are just sucked out of the bowl rather than the whirlpool action of more standard toilets. So it is something of a trade-off: quiet speed for a cleaner bowl. But overall we are very pleased with this product and it has saved us money on our water bill. One side note: Beware that the price of this item varies widely on Amazon. In the several months in between the purchase of the first Toto Ultra Max Round toilet and the second purchase of the same unit the price varied as much as $60.00. Great Toilet but delivery challenged    Like so many other customers have reported our first delivery attempt came broken and needed to be refused. Fortunately second time was the charm (2 weeks after failed first delivery). The toilet has worked as advertised. Strong and fast flushes with quick (yet quiet) fill ups. Quality is excellent and the soft close seat is convenient and comfortable. However I had to knock my review down a star since the delivery issues seem to be so prevalent. What good is a fantastic toilet if it arrives in a dozen pieces? I hope Amazon can figure a way to better transport these things with their carrier partners. In conclusion very happy with the item.
